Shipping & Returns
To be eligible for a return your purchase must be no older than 7 days from receipt of goods. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and the goods must be unused and in original condition and original packaging.
An approval number must be obtained prior to returning the goods by phoning 03 9663 0084 or emailing the store at firstname.lastname@example.org
The goods must be returned with a tracking number and protective packaging and the approval number written next to the sender’s name on the outside of the parcel and sent to Christine On Collins, Level 2, 14 Collins Street, Melbourne. Vic. 3000.
Once the goods have been received, inspected and approved for return we will contact you to arrange a credit note or exchange.
If a purchase is faulty we will have it repaired or exchanged and pay for return shipping.
We do not give a refund other than for a manufacturing defect.
In the event of an exchange where the chosen item is of less value to the original item, a Credit Note will be given for the balance. Our Credit Notes do not have an expiry date.

- All shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and non refundable
We will despatch orders within 4 working days from purchase.
If the item is out of stock or there is a delay in despatch you will be contacted.
All purhases will be sent with Australia Post and a tracking number will be sent to your phone or email.
All orders will attract a shipping cost of $20.
